I made the device I couldn’t buy.
For years I paid for salon laser: the appointments, the rebooking, the flinch before every pulse. Then I bought the at-home devices, and they stung or they died early. I kept asking the same question. Why couldn’t this be comfortable, precise, and worth keeping?
Every option made me compromise.
Salon laser worked, but it cost a fortune and ran on someone else’s calendar. The home devices were cheaper and mine, but the good ones hurt and the comfortable ones did little. Nobody had built one without a trade-off.
So I stopped waiting for it.
I started with the cold, then built everything else around it.
Comfort came first.
I didn’t want a gadget I’d replace in a year. I wanted one object: cold enough to use at full strength without bracing, precise enough for my face, finished well enough to leave on the counter.

Why VIENA.
I named the brand for Vienna, a city that took beauty seriously enough to make it by hand, in gold, over time. I dropped a letter so it would be ours.
The device is Pearl 01 for the plate: small, cold and smooth.
